Taiwan and U.S. have concluded PPH pilot program, which starts from September 1, 2011

The Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot program between Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has been launched on September 1, 2011.

The form for requesting accelerated participation in the Patent Prosecution Highway pilot program between the USPTO and TIPO can be downloaded along with other related information at the following URL: (www.tipo.gov.tw/pph). The USPTO also provides information on PPH procedures at (www.uspto.gov/patents/init_events/pph/index.jsp).
