Patent Gazette searching system provides free enquiry in Internet from January 1.

IPO established “Patent Gazette searching system” to provide source of entire patent communiqué information and promote quality of patent examination. From January 1, 2005, IPO formally provide free enquiry service to the public. Users not only can obtain the latest and entire information of status of patent right and content of patent communiqué, but also can look up information of opposition petition, invalidation petition, extinguishment of patent right, assignation, and alteration.
