Security Bond for Litigation Is Replaced by Certificate of Patent.　Invention Association Pleaded for the Amendment of the Patent Law.

Invention Association, etc. and more than one hundred inventors gathered in the Legislative Yuan to plead for the amendment of the Patent Law. In this way, “certificate of patent” can replace properties as the collateral of provisional seizure and the inventors can be strengthened to fight with the large-scale infringing enterprises. Vice president of Legislative Yuan, Chiang, Ping-Kung (江丙坤) undertook to request the Intellectual Property Office to amend the Patent Law as soon as possible so as to secure the patent rights of the inventors and the enterprises and enhance national competitiveness.
