The Administrative Yuan Set Up National Agricultural Research Institute to extend technological intellectual property exchange.

In order to facilitate the agricultural technology exchange, the Administrative Yuan decided to set up the first corporate “National Agricultural Research Institute” in this country, extending the marketing, brand establishment, outlets and intellectual property trading of the agricultural products. In this way, the high-tech agriculture could be established with the help of “National Agricultural Research Institute”. In the future, the rewarding system of agricultural technology transfer will be established and the database of intellectual property will be set up, too. (2004.03)
