Memorandum of Understanding signed between us and TIFFE

With a view to promote the internationalization of Taiwan’s futures market and to establish the foundation of strategic cooperation with foreign exchange houses, Taiwan Futures Exchange, after receiving permission from the Securities and Futures Commission, Ministry of Finance, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Tokyo International Financial Futures Exchange, or TIFFE, on June 23, for the purposes of jointly expanding business and enforcing cooperation. TIFFE is the second foreign exchange house with which we have signed Memorandum of Understanding, following Korean Options and Futures Exchange, or KOFEX, with which we signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Information Exchange last year.
