Uni-President Enterprises Corp. and Muji Japan Come Together to Form Muji Taiwan

    Uni-President Enterprises Corp. and Muji Japan will form a joint venture worth NT 300 millions to establish Muji Taiwan to expand the lifestyle product industry in Taiwan. Both parties plan to meet on the 25^th to sign the contract, in which Uni-President will hold 51% of the shares, while Mitsubishi and Muji Japan 49%. In the early stages, Muji Taiwan’s operation team is to be appointed by 7-ELEVEn Uni-President. However, it is understood that from store locations, product introduction, developments, retail displays to marketing and other aspects will be closely supervised and supported by Muji Japan.
