Taiwan and Philippine Concluded Double Taxation Agreement

Taiwan and Philippine concluded a double taxation agreement yesterday (May 29, 2002) defining the both parties’ business profit, shipping or air transport, dividend, interest, royalty, business, personal services and avoidance of double taxation.

 

So far the Ministry of Finance has concluded double taxation agreements with 18 countries including Philippine, Singapore, Indonesia, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Gambia, Malaysia, Macedonia, Swaziland, Paraguay, Thailand, Poland, Senegale, the Netherlands, Sweden and United Kingdom.
