For Exchange of Intellectual Property Right, Fair of Technology Unveiled

The International Technology Fair and International Patent Technology Seminar were held in Taiwan on October 24, 2002. The Industrial Development Bureau represented Taiwan Technology Marketplace (TWTM) to enter into a cooperation memorandum with U.S. on-line technology company, Yet2.com, for the purpose of promoting the exchange of local industries and international technologies and speeding up the upgrade of industries by virtue of the exchange of information.
Yet.com is a renowned US-based on-line technology company, which was established in 1999. Its chief shareholders include Du Pont, Bayer, Procter & Gamble and Honeywell, et al.
The International Technology Fair, which is the first fair for the topic of intellectual property rights and the connection with the international technology, included over three hundreds of local and foreign technologies and attracted forty-two technology providers and tens of technology service providers in hopes of achieving the end of adding the value of technology and circulating knowledge.
