Taiwan and Guatemala sign judicial cooperation agreement

On October 8, 2015, RAI Hua-Min, the president of Taiwan’s Judicial Yuan and Josué Felipe Baquiax Baquiax, the president of the Supreme Court of Justice of Guatemala executed a judicial cooperation framework agreement to enhance the judicial cooperation and exchanges between the two countries.

According to the Judicial Yuan, by signing the agreement, the two countries will further develop and implement a series of projects to share knowledge and experiences, strengthen judicial personnel training, improve the use of judicial information, jointly promote technical and professional cooperation and innovation in trials and judicial administration and also to elevate judges’ professional knowledge.  (October 2015)
